初中英语教学案例
一.《英语课程标准》提出学生的发展是英语课程的出发点和归宿.英语课程在目标设定,教学过程,课程评价和教学资源的开发等方面都突出以学生为主体的思想.课程实施应成为学生在教师指导下构建知识,提高技能,磨砺意志,活跃思维,展现个性,发展心智和拓展视野的过程.教师应在教学过程中有意识的加以适当的引导,激发学生对于掌握一门外语的迫切需要性,引发他们学习的积极性和主动性,充分发挥学生在课堂上的主体作用.一堂成功的课,应该让学生自始至终掌握主动权,教师只是充当"组织者" "促进者,""合作者,""咨询者,""参与者,""引导者,""顾问"等多种角色,最大限度地给学生提供参与的机会,学生的主体性得到了体现,自然就产生了求知和探究的欲望,也就会把学习当作一件乐事.但在课堂上经常会发生一些偶发事件.偶发事件是指课堂教学中没有预先预见而在教学过程中出现的事件.由于偶发事件具有偶然性,突变性,多样性和不易控制等特点,很多老师非常担心课堂教学中偶发事件的发生.偶发事件,更多时候成为课堂教学的干扰性因素,甚至成为教师教学心理中的阴影.其实,偶发事件看似与教学目标无关,或是影响课堂教学,但只要我们教师处理得当,因势利导,以变应变,恰当运用,不但可以保证课堂教学的顺利进行,而且还可以将之转化为有价值的课堂教学资源,成为课堂教学的新亮点.
二.问题的发现与解决
一个周三上午第二节课,我们上新目标英语八年级(下)Unit 8 Why don't you get her a scarf 第三课时Section B 3a-4,What are the advantages and disadvantages of keeping such a pet 教师想借助于幻灯片上的句子及图片提示,让学生讨论并发言.可发现电脑出了故障,无法正常使用.我先是愣了一下,接着,我就借题发挥,将话题转向了讨论有关电脑的利弊.
T:Everything has its advantages and disadvantages. Now there is something wrong with the computer. We should ask a computer teacher to mend it for us after the class. But now let's discuss what the advantages and disadvantages of computers are I divided the whole some groups . Let them talk about it for several minutes, then choose one student of each group to report their results.
S1:We can't have lessons. We can't listen to wonderful English songs. We can't watch beautiful pictures, watch videos. We can't search information.

T:Computers are very important in our daily life. We need it everywhere in our life. But just now I saw Most of us wearing school uniforms, only two of the reporters wearing their own clothes. Let's discuss advantages and disadvantages of wearing school uniforms. All the students should say out one point. The students thought actively. They found many views. For example, we feel loose and comfortable,we won't compare with others' in clothes, we can save much money …
At last I came back to the text. Nowadays more and more people want to keep pets. What are the advantages and disadvantages of keeping pets in an apartment I drew a form on the blackboard and wrote down the students' ideas.
