在21世纪,管理对于企业而言,是十分重要的.而沟通对于管理而言,又是至关重要的.缺乏有效的沟通就不存在有效的管理,更没有高效率的企业.企业管理沟通不仅影响着人际关系,还影响了企业管理和企业发展.目前,我国企业管理沟通存在着很多问题.我们要尽快解决这些问题,否则企业的命运就会受到影响,而组织结构和企业文化也起到了一定作用.
本文在结构上的思路:引言部分,简单介绍了管理沟通的一些基本概念;第一部分,深入分析了我国企业管理沟通的现状;第二部分,详细分析了管理沟通的相关理论;第三部分,介绍了国外企业的管理沟通,得到一些启示;第四部分,理论联系实际得出了我国企业管理沟通的思考建议.

Abstract
21st century, management is very important for enterprises, and communication is the key to management. Without effective communication, there isn't effective management and enterprises. Management communication affects not only human relationships, but also management and the development of enterprises. At present, there're many problems of management communication in Chinese enterprises. If we don't solve them at once, the destiny of enterprises will be not optimistic. And the structure of organization and culture of enterprises take part in it.
The main structure of this article: this paper begins with the concept of management communication; The first part analyzes the situation of management communication in Chinese enterprises; Then it introduces knowledge of management communication; The third part gives some examples of enterprises abroad, and gets some advice. Finally, it gets some ways to solve the problems of management communication.
