课程概述
了解人际关系的相关理论与实务,进而改变个人对他人的知觉,态度,行为,建立更好的人际关系.(This course highlights the understanding of theory and practice of human relations. It will change your perceptions, attitudes and behaviors towards people).
课程目标
(一)了解人际关系的意义,特性与重要性.(Goal one highlights the understanding of meaning, characteristics, and importance of human relations.)
(二)了解人际关系的相关概念,包括自我概念,自我揭露,影响人际吸引的其他因素,影响人际关系的知觉和情绪,冲突,沟通.(Goal two highlights the understanding of conceptions of human relations, such as self-concept, self-disclosure, the causes of interpersonal attraction, the causes of interpersonal perceptions and emotion, conflicts, and communication.)
(三)能将所学应用到自己的家庭,学校与工作中的人际关系.(Goal three help students change for better the way they treat or are treated by their family, classmates, bosses, colleagues.)
