藉由網頁以無線感測網路技術監控居家照護之研究

臺灣地區自 1994 年以後即進入高齡化社會，由過去的變化趨勢推估，臺灣人口老化的速度是歐美國家的 2 倍以上，預計到 2020 年，臺灣的老年人口將達到14％。快速的人口老化引發了新的醫療問題，大幅度增加慢性病醫療以及長期照護的需求，因此居家看護系統即成為未來醫療保健中重要的一環。這也就是為什麼近年來全球科技業傾注全力瞄準所謂「銀色商機」或「銀色科技」的緣故。故，本研究計畫擬以各種環境與人體感測元件（濕度、光照度、溫度、加速度)作為室內生態與居住空間等系統之訊號擷取，同時搭配無線感測網路系統，期以藉由遠端網頁監控方式達成老人居家照護，並建立健康舒適之環境，以提升使用者之生活品質與工作效能。
本計劃不在發展串接各種資訊平台，而擬將環境或人體感測元件所測得之訊號，以單晶片CPU方式(如89S51系列或PIC18Fxx2)搭配IEEE 802.15.4 RF與ZigBee協定，將擷取之訊號後送至家中的路由器；路由器負責分配每個無線感測可擁有的傳送時間，使用階層式的路由方式將封包傳送給個人區域網路仲裁器。個人區域網路仲裁器接收路由器傳送之封包後取出生理信號資料，以RS232傳送至個人電腦，並透過home gateway外送至醫療院所或相關人員處所；當然，透過遠端之網頁監控家中之情境感知開關(如電源開關等)也包含入內。本計畫擬於三年內共佈建9個ZigBee RFD與1個Coordinator來驗證本系統之可行性，然僅核准一年，以下為第一年所完成之工作內容：
第一年：完成感測網路簡易平台佈建。
1. 建立1個ZigBee Coordinator與2個ZigBee RFD之無線感測網路；
2. 完成溫、溼度計與燈光亮度透過ZigBee無線網路，由RFD傳至FFD；
3. 開發環境為GNU之Code:Block自由軟體，大大降低開發成本；
本研究所使用的傳輸技術為IEEE802.15.4 ZigBee 技術，其優點在於低電量、低功率、傳輸距離長，相當適合應用在居家照護的領域上，本研究已實際透過實作，來驗證本構想的可行性。

Abstract

This project will draws up in three years to arrange 9 ZigBee RFDs and 1 Coordinator totally to identify the feasibility of this system, but, only one year is permitted.
