Addendum
The following communication, received on 11 February 2009, is being circulated at the request of the Delegation of the European Communities.
Cereals, foodstuffs of animal origin and certain products of plant origin, including fruit and vegetables
The EC is amending certain annexes to Regulation 396/2005/EEC with the proposal "Draft Commission Regulation amending certain Annexes to Regulation 396/2005/EEC, as regards maximum residue levels for ethephon, fenamiphos, fenarimol, methamidophos, methomyl, oxydemethon-methyl, procymidone and vinclozolin" (SANCO 3791/2008 rev. 3). This notification informs on the MRL changes (in bold in the annex) for each of these substances mentioned, compared with the latest MRLs published on the Commission Regulation (EC) No 839/2008.
Description of content: This draft directive modifies some EC maximum residue levels (MRLs) for ethephon, fenamiphos, fenarimol, methamidophos, methomyl, oxydemethon-methyl, procymidone and vinclozolin.
This addendum concerns a:

Comment period: (If the addendum extends the scope of the previously notified measure in terms of products and/or potentially affected Members, a new deadline for receipt of comments should be provided, normally of at least 60 calendar days. Under other circumstances, such as extension of originally announced final date for comments, the comment period provided in the Addendum may vary.)
