病因/发病机理
Cause & Pathogenesis
主要原因肝脓肿,继发于过多精料引起的瘤胃炎
Major cause is liver abscesses secondary to rumenitis caused by grain overload
其他原因:瘤胃炎,腐蹄病,颈静脉炎,外伤性网胃腹膜炎
Other causes are mastitis, foot rot, jugular phlebitis or traumatic reticulo-peritonitis

瘤胃酸中毒 Rumen lactic acidosis
临床症状 Clinical Findings
严重的呼吸疼痛 Severe respiratory distress
呼吸节律加快,呼气性呼吸困难,咳嗽,皮下气肿
Elevated respiratory rate, expiratory dyspnea, coughing & SQ emphysema
全肺区有喘息音 Wheezes throughout lung fields
体温高 Elevated temperature
鼻出血(鼻衄),黑粪,流血 Epistaxis, spitting of blood and melena
突然死亡 May be sudden death
贫血 Anemia
厌食和失重 Anorexia and weight loss
慢性导致右心心力衰竭
Chronic condition can result in signs of right heart failure
