苏州市人民政府关于废止部分规章的决定
为适应完善中国特色社会主义法律体系的需要，根据《国务院办公厅关于做好规章清理工作有关问题的通知》（国办发〔2010〕28号），苏州市人民政府决定废止下列规章：
一、苏州市森林防火办法（1995年1月14日，市政府第7号令）
二、苏州市搬运装卸业管理办法（1995年3月20日，市政府第8号令）
三、苏州工业园区劳动管理暂行办法（1999年1月12日，市政府第4号令）
四、苏州市道路运输 办法（1999年12月30日，市政府第8号令）
