本文以如何开发红色旅游产业,促进当地经济发展为研究对象,分析了柯村乡开发红色旅游的意义,在此基础上对柯村乡开发红色旅游的环境,红色旅游资源,红色旅游发展现状及存在的问题进行了系统阐述,然后从多渠道加快基础设施建设,注重旅游产品组合,加强旅游目的地营销,重视旅游发展的全民参与,加强旅游管理人员和从业人员的培训,合理,有序的开发红色资源等七个方面提出了柯村乡开发红色旅游,促进经济发展的措施.
