    摘要:本文叙述了国内外过滤与分离技术的发展和趋势.介绍了本文作者在节能型压榨过滤,陶瓷过滤, 纳米过滤等三种节能型过滤技术的研究进展与结果;并针对难过滤物料及高精度过滤与分离的要求,分析 了难过滤物料的特点,介绍作者针对酶解液的过滤的应用实例,提出了改善物料性质和强化过滤的有效途 径,即添加助滤剂进行掺浆过滤,降低比阻,和控制滤饼厚度,降低滤饼阻力的薄层滤饼过滤,这两种强 化过滤技术的集成应用于某个难过滤物料分离的应用实例. 关键词:高效节能 难过滤物料 强化过滤过程 薄层滤饼过滤

    [Abstract] This paper reviews current development and trends in filtration and separation technologies, and then introduces research and development efforts by authors on energy saving filtration technologies, such as energy efficient expression, ceramic filter filtration, and nano filtration technology, with a focus on filtration of difficult to be filtered material. Based on the special properties of the difficult to be filtered material, and high separation efficiency requirements, some efficient ways to improve feeding material filterability, and to enhance filtration operation, such as filter aid body feed, or thin cake filtration are proposed. Combination of the filter aid and thin cake filtration can greatly reduce specific cake resistance, control cake thickness growth, and therefore can be successfully used for filtration of difficult to be filtered material.
