Welder performance qualification is an important program to ensure the welding quality. In this paper , the checking program for welder examina2 tion committee is given according to the regulation on the welder examination and administration of boiler ,pres2 sure vessel ,pressure pipe , and has checked all the welder examination committee of Shanghai. Some problems are found in investigation , and some suggestions are given for improving the quality of welder performance qualification.
