NOTICE REGARDING CHINESE TRANSLATION This Chinese translation is not a binding document, is being provided solely for the Borrower's convenience in connection with the Home Affordable Modification Program, and shall not in any way be construed as any part of the English document of which this is a translation. While we have attempted to ensure that this is an accurate Chinese translation of the document, the Department of the Treasury shall not be liable for any inaccuracies in this Chinese translation, nor for any misunderstandings due to differences in language usage or dialect. In the event of any inconsistencies between the English document and this Chinese translation, the English document shall govern. The Borrower assumes the responsibility for fully understanding the nature and terms of the Borrower's certification as set forth in the English document he or she signs in connection with the Home Affordable Modification Program, as well as the information provided by the Borrower in completing the document. The Borrower shall neither sign this translation, nor submit this translation to the Lender. When submitting this document to the Lender, only submit the English document as fully completed.
