1. To understand the physiologic role and mechanism of histamine and antihistamine drugs 2. 教学内容 Antihistamine Drugs 组胺受体阻断药 一,组胺(histamine)的生物效应及受体分布 二,Antihistamine drugs 抗组胺药 是指能在组胺受体水平竞争性拮抗组胺作用的药物. (一)Histamine H1 receptor blockers H1 受体阻断药 【Pharmacological effects】 1. 抗 H1 受 体 作 用 : H1 antihistamines antagonize all actions of histamine except for those mediated solely by H2 receptor. 2. 中枢抑制作用 【Pharmacokinetic Properties】 【Therapeutic uses】 1. Allergic conditions; 2. Motion sickness and nausea 晕动病和呕吐 3. Somnifacients 【Adverse effects】 1. 【Pharmacological effects】 抑制胃酸分泌 【Pharmacokinetic Properties】 口服易吸收,主要经肾排泄.西咪替丁可透过胎盘进入胎儿循 环,亦可透过血脑屏障. 【Therapeutic uses】 用于治疗胃和十二指肠溃疡,能减轻疼痛,促进愈合.对于胃 肠道出血,特别是胃肠粘膜糜烂引起的出血,西咪替丁对此有效, 多采用静脉滴注给药.也可治疗胃酸分泌过多症(卓-艾综合症, Zolinger-Ellison syndrome,ZES)和食道炎.还能用于各种原因引 起免疫功能低下的治疗和肿瘤的辅助治疗. 各药特点
