    J A N 2 0 0 9 p9 p13 Energy Optimization – Advanced Chiller Plant Control 能源優化– 先進型冷水機組監控系統 Centralized chilled air conditioning systems are commonly installed in commercial and industrial buildings in Hong Kong. In general, air conditioning systems account for more than 60% of a building’s total energy consumption. All pump and fan motor systems are sized to handle maximum loads under worst-case conditions, leaving the pump and fan motor to run at full power for the duration of their operational life. In addition, chiller plants are installed at over-capacity for a building and such chillers may run less efficiently than if running at partial-load conditions all the time. This causes the problem of energy wastage and therefore increases operating costs for the building owner. This is a central computerized system for managing and operating systems within a building and usually incorporates controls for an air conditioning system, a security system, a fire system and so forth. p14 BACnet protocol %$&QHW??
