The board of directors and directors of the Company hereby guarantees that there are no false
records, misleading representation or important omissions in this report and shall assume

hereof.
No director declares inability to warrant or objection to the authenticity, accuracy and
completeness of the content of the semiannual report.
Independent director Mr. Yang Jichao failed to attend this meeting for work-related reason
and authorized independent director Mr. Huang Hui in writing to exercise voting right on his
behalf.
The semiannual report of the Company is unaudited.
