Quality Benchmark:
"Zero Compromise" on quality for every OEM company. Key points to ensure quality: 1. Technical Discussion: A. Detailed drawing, specification, Design Verification test, etc. (Really know the customer needs and verify the true cost.) B. Know the related function parts and working environments. C. Know the sub-module functions so as to ensure the parts' function can match the sub-module needs better. 2. Quality Inspection Criteria unification with OEM QA and Engineering team in advance. 3. Supplier should have basic Quality Assurance system which can be possibly continuous improved.
