Description Of Change
1) Glitch Fix ForAD5791/81 - Resulting in Midscale Glitch Spec updates for 3 specified ranges.
2) Full Scale Error & Zero-Scale Error Min/Max spec changes
Reason For Change
1) Minor Code Changes were dominating the glitch performance of theAD5791/81. This issue was fixed on the new revof silicon.
2) Full Scale Error & Zero Scale Error were incorrectly specified on original datasheet.
Impact of the change (positive or negative) on fit, form, function & reliability
This fix has no change on form fit or device functionality (Other than spec changes detailed below).
Midscale Glitch Spec has degraded in specifications table.
1) Minor code changes which are not specified in datasheet are no longer the dominating glitch - as was the case on the previous silicon.
2) Min/Max ratings for Full Scale Error & Zero Scale Error have widened for full temperature range.
