After gives quality synthetic evaluation on internal and external environment of 合力 Corporation, this article establishes the goal which the electrical vehicle competition strategy needs to achieve. That is: ①Being compared with the transnational giant, the cost of the product must be lower and the service must be more comprehensive;②Being compared with the domestic competitors, the product performance and the quality must be higher, and the brand must be more outstanding. Based on this goal, the article has given the main point for 合力 Corporation's competition strategy. The basic mentality is that the 合力 corporation may concurrently use the variation strategy and the cost leading strategy, to construct synthesis competitive advantage in technology, service, brand, and price.
