If you are riding a bus:
Boardallbusesfromstationsonthecentermedian. Allstationsarelocatednexttointersectionsand designatedcrosswalks.(see graphic at right) Toreachthecentermedian,stayinthedesignated crosswalk,andcrossonlywhenitislegal. Standbackfromtheedgeoftheplatformasthe bus approaches the station. All stations include tactilepaverstomarkthecautionzone.Because busesnowuseaspecialmechanicaldockingarm, theywillpullupclosertothecurbthanbefore.
If you need to turn left:
EachlaneonEuclidAvenuehasitsownsignal. Obeyalltrafficsignalsandstreetsigns. Lookatthegraphicabove.Tomakealeft-handturn ontoasidestreet,stayintheleft-handturnlane, andturnONLYwhenyoureceiveagreenarrowfrom thetrafficsignal. If you turn left illegally, you may be turning in frontofamovingbus.Thatiswhyitisimportant that every vehicle and every pedestrian obey all trafficlawsandstreetsigns.
As you walk along Euclid Ave.:
Obeyalltrafficlaws. Stay in the designated crosswalk, and cross only whenitislegal. Be aware of new traffic patterns, and be sure to lookbothwayswhencrossingthestreet.
