UNAUDITED INTERIM RESULTS The board ("Board") of directors ("Directors") of Hua Han Bio-Pharmaceutical Holdings Limited ("Company") is pleased to present the unaudited consolidated interim financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries (together, the "Group") for the six months ended 31 December 2005 ("Period") together with the comparative figures for the corresponding period in 2004 and the relevant explanatory notes as set out below. The interim results for the Period are unaudited, but have been reviewed by the audit committee ("Audit Committee") of the Company.
