Welcome to issue thirteen and we hope you had a very enjoyable Christmas and New Year.

This issue contains a feature on Claudia Hirschfeld who Alan Ashton interviewed on his visit to Germany last year. Her recent live video proved very popular over the Christmas period. We have a piece by Paul Roberts who tells us about the background to his "Viva Las Vegas" CD. This CD is available direct from Wessex Sound & Vision (not from us). Ivor Manual has the fifth part of his "Time Was" series and we have a feature on the long-awaited new CD from Hector Olivera "Through The Eyes Of Love" played on the new Roland Atelier.
There is great eight page version of the classic song "On A Clear Day (You Can See Forever)" arranged by Michael Newman which should give you something to 'get your teeth into'. We have had requests for a more complex arrangement, so we hope this one fits the bill. If you like this piece, then Michael's two music books are still available ("in the style of…vol.9" & "Performance vol.1").
